It has been brought to our attention that on Sept 24th midday, the Milwaukie photo radar van was issuing citations outside the city limits (as far as we can tell from information and images provided). They were set up just north of the city limit line. See pictures and maps below. Tickets have been received as being in the 8600 Block of McLoughlin Blvd.

Only if you are paying attention and looking closely. Check out this Beaverton van hiding behind the dumpster. This one is on Canyon Lane.
Hart Rd. has two dedicated van pads, going both directions, 35 mph.
On SW Hall Blvd., just before SW 5th Ave. Speed Limit is 30 mph.
Van can be on either side of where the road divides.
North of Canyon, going north just past the MAX tracks. 30 MPH here. One thing we noticed here; if the sign is north of the MAX tracks the location is in violation of ORS 810.438 e (B). Sign is about 20 yards shy of the 100 yard requirement.
In the darkest shadows lurks the Beaverton photo enforcement van; the officer is waiting to flash any speeders (with a camera and lights).
